An inspection was made inside the house for any cracks in the walls that would indicate foundation shifting. All the outside foundation was examined for any apparent damage. He crawled under the house and examined the foundation, ground, pipes in the area and the understructure of the house.
After the inspection I was given an explanation of the status and what was needed in the way of ongoing maintenance, waterproofing and possible future needs. He found a problem related to leakage from a construction project a few years ago. He advised me of the damage and suggestions on what might be needed to repair it.
When finished I was given a quotation for waterproofing of the area.
