Let’s face it, when you contact a waterproofing company it is usually in an emergency situation. You may have already experienced devastation, damage or loss of property. You anticipate a painful process and costly endeavor. To further complicate matters one may question the integrity and longevity of a prospective company. Case in point, my home was waterproofed 12 years ago by the previous homeowner but the company dissolved and the lifetime warranty was worthless, as was the workmanship. To complicate matters further, my employment status had recently changed and I needed to correct the problem and sell my home-immediately.
