“I highly, highly recommend Atlantic Coast Waterproofing! I’m so happy with their work. I bought a 1958 home that has always had issues with small leaks in the basement. At some point, a beaver system was installed. When Gary came out for the inspection, he explained how the system works and why it is failing. He also caught some bowing in one wall that I wasn’t aware of. He thoroughly explained all the possible options for fixing the leaks and the bowing wall. I decided on having all the inside plumbing redone, a new sump put in and steel I-beams installed for the bowing.
On the first day of work, I was impressed that Gary introduced me to the crew. I have never had a contractor do that before. Aiden, Isaac, Leo and Tim were all amazing. They are very hard workers, incredibly polite and knowledgeable in their work.
At the end of every work day, they made sure to get my basement as clean as possible before they left, which I did not expect, but really showed the dedication to their work. Gary kept me updated on the progress and what they were finding as they moved along. We were able to relocate the sump to a more convenient area for me, plumb it out of the house properly, the musty smell that has been a constant since I bought the house is gone and the new concrete looks great.
