“Great experience every step of the way. The owner Gary came out to do our inspection and estimate, and he walked us through everything that the basement needed in preparation for them to do the waterproofing work. Once we got that done, Gary got us on the schedule within a week. He brought the same crew of workers every day, so everyone was familiar with our basement and exactly what needed to be done each day. They were very respectful of our home, hanging plastic to keep dust from spreading through the house. Every day, Gary would walk us through what they’d accomplished and what was coming up the next day. We did run in to one small change in the work and therefore pricing due to our city’s codes, which Gary clearly laid out for us before going ahead with the new plan. All in all we are very happy with Atlantic Coast’s work, customer service, and professionalism!”
