This is a professional and courteous team. Gary helped my wife, the sellers and I understand the issues in the house we purchased, explained what he could do about them, provided quotes and stuck to the quotes even when the work was greater than what he expected (some things he couldn’t see). Every night the place was cleaned and swept (you could tell he takes pride in this) and he texted before he left so he could show us what he’d done and he texted in the morning before he arrived. His son has the same work ethic as his dad and I could tell this was a source of pride for Gary. And every person Gary brought (there was a substantial amount of hard labor hauling in and out concrete and rock) were courteous and professional and appreciative to be there. They are detailed oriented, there was no short-cutting anything, and he even came back to do some more sanding since the work was done but the concrete was still drying…this was after the check was paid. The permits were all completed and the inspectors easily approved the work. I would 100% recommend this team to anyone who asks.
