Gary’s lovely wife helped us so much with our initial phone call and scheduling, Gary himself came out for our estimate and worked on our job (which you don’t see many owners doing that), and his super polite son getting his hands dirty with the hard work helping with the job with the rest of the amazing crew.
Gary explained so much in complete detail to us and made us feel at ease with choosing them as our company. Other companies had horrible reviews and could not answer some of the questions that I had regarding the job. Since this business has been in Gary’s family for so long, he knew every single answer to questions that I had and showed us so many examples of jobs.
When we officially hired them to do our job, his crew were here every single day on time and were so respectful of our home. They cleaned up after themselves and were all extremely polite and hard working. Anytime Gary was finished with anything, he would make sure to come get both my husband and I to explain everything he did in full which was so appreciated. Gary ordered every permit needed and passed both inspections with flying colors. They even had inspectors saying how amazing of a job they did and that it was an easy inspection. They completed our job on time and cleaned up everything so perfectly as if nothing even happened. We are so thankful to have hired Atlantic Coast Waterproofing to do our job and were honestly sad to see them go since they treated us like family.”
